Annerel offers a comprehensive professional level of service to Letting agents, Estate Agents and Private landlords; which includes detailed Inventories, Check In and Check Outs. Our inventory clerks are fully trained and highly experienced, we can be relied upon to offer Independent expert advice and provide a professional and above all exclusive level customer service.

The Inventory produced by Annerel provides our clients with a detailed description of the property contents along with fixtures, fittings and furnishings along with a condition report. This forms a contract between the landlord and the tenant that protects both parties form any misunderstandings at the end of the tenancy.

About the Director

Anne Towner, the founder member of Annerel Limited UK, has been a Director of two Engineering Companies which were highly successful and sold in 1987 and 2000.

Semi retired for less than a year Anne was hungry for business and worked for 12 months as a Lettings Negotiator in Windsor, UK. Anne also attended courses in Property Management at Baden Powell House in London relating to Residential Lettings. During this time Anne became very frustrated with the fact that there was a shortage of good Inventory Clerks able to compile, present and check tenants in and out of properties professionally hence Annerel Limited (London) came to life.

Pulling on all her experiences and initiative Anne joined a body of Members namely the AIIC (Association of Independent Inventory Clerks) and then devised a way of producing a comprehensive inventory with which to use in conjunction with checking Tenants in and out of properties.
